Hi there,
IntentFlow now has its own page, with a two-minute video, install steps, a two-week test plan and where to send feedback: happybein.com/intentflow. This post stays for reference.
IntentFlow is an app we’re building to help people plan and manage habits and goals effectively, without another complicated system to maintain.
Development is still ongoing, and we’d love early feedback on whether it’s genuinely useful. Your input will shape what gets built next.
What it does: four tabs — Today (habits and weekly goals), Agenda (a calendar and what’s coming up), Plans (lists and priorities), Links (URLs you use often). Everything stays on your device. No account needed, no ads, no data tracking. For a tour of each tab, see the first-timer walkthrough; for every feature in detail, the full functional spec.
Access to the app
IntentFlow can be used in three ways:
- As a web app — open the link and use it in your browser: intentflow.yeahvibe.com
- As an installed app — first open the link intentflow.yeahvibe.com on your phone, then add it to your home screen so it opens full-screen and works offline (see below for your device).
- As an Android app from Google Play (testing track) — the native Android version, installed from the Play Store itself. It’s in a closed test, so we need to add you first (see below).
Once installed, it works offline and behaves like a native app. Your data stays in your browser’s cache — and you can sync a backup from the app’s settings whenever you want. How sync works is covered under Settings in the functional spec.
Get IntentFlow from Google Play (Android testers)
The Play Store version is Android only. On an iPhone, use the web app or the home-screen install above instead; both work the same way. The Play version is in a closed test, and Google only lets people who are on our tester list join it, so the order matters:
- Email us first at contact@happybein.com with the Google account (Gmail) address you use on your Android phone. It has to be that exact account, or Google will say the test isn’t available to you.
- We add your address to the tester list and reply to confirm. This is manual, so it can take a little while.
- Once we’ve confirmed, open the opt-in link on your Android phone, signed in with that same Google account, and tap Become a tester: play.google.com/apps/testing/com.yeahvibe.intentflow.app
- Tap the Download it on Google Play link on that page and install IntentFlow like any other app. Updates then arrive through Google Play.
The Play version is a separate install from the web or home-screen version, with its own storage on your phone, so data in one won’t appear in the other unless you use sync from the app’s settings. If you stay opted in for the full testing period it also helps us get the app released publicly. Your feedback is the same either way (below).
How to install IntentFlow on Android
Open the link in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, and select Install app (or Add to Home screen).
How to install IntentFlow on iPhone
Open the link in Safari (not Chrome), tap the Share button, scroll down, and select Add to Home Screen.
For the same steps with screenshots, see Adding one of our apps to your home screen on YeahDev.
Sharing feedback or staying updated
- Reach out to us by email at contact@happybein.com
- Fill in the short form here: Quick Feedback (1 min)
We’d love your thoughts on a few things (after discovery and possibly in a few weeks):
- What’s the hardest part about managing your habits and goals right now?
- Do you see IntentFlow being useful day to day? If not, what would need to change?
- Would you be willing to pay for advanced features like syncing across devices or calendar sync?
Thank you in advance!
