IntentFlow, your daily planner
Your goals, plans and habits together with your events and chores, in one place that keeps your day flowing.
Free, no account, no ads. We're testing IntentFlow with a small group of people, and you can help.
Test it in 3 steps
- What we ask: use IntentFlow for two weeks. Add three habits you really want to keep, one weekly goal and one plan, and open it every day.
- Install it on your phone:
- Android, recommended: the test version on Google Play. It installs like any app and updates itself. Email contact@happybein.com with the Google account you use on your phone; we add you to the test list and reply. Then open the test link on that phone, tap Become a tester, and install IntentFlow from Google Play.
- No Google Play? Open intentflow.yeahvibe.com in Chrome, tap ⋮, then Install app.
- iPhone: open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Tell us what you think with the form below: how useful is it, why, and would you recommend it?
Tell us what you think
After a few days, and again after two weeks. Every answer counts, even a short one.
You can also email contact@happybein.com. Thank you for helping make IntentFlow better.

Why IntentFlow
Think of a busy parent, or anyone juggling work, family and their own goals. Work meetings, appointments, the children's activities and household chores, each in a different agenda. And on top of that, the wish to live better: more exercise, healthier habits, a little time for themselves.
Most apps don't help much here. They're either too complex to keep up with, or they keep goals, plans and habits apart, so nothing really comes together. IntentFlow brings them together in one place, and keeps your day flowing: even on a busy day, you can see what matters, what's next, and get it done.
What it does
- Today: everything for the day on one screen: your weekly goals, your daily routine (with how much of it you've done today), and today's events and chores.
- Agenda: your events and recurring chores in one calendar.
- Plans: trips, projects and ideas, as steps, ranked by impact, urgency and effort, or from the planning template.
- Links: the sites and documents you use often, in groups.
- Chuck: a duck that grows with you, from egg to duckling, surfing duck and majestic duck, as you keep your habits week after week. He also gets a treat for every chore and goal you finish.
Your data stays on your device, unless you switch on sync.
Use it on more than one device (sync, optional)
Sync is off by default: without it, nothing leaves your device. Switch it on to use IntentFlow on your phone and your computer, to move to a new phone, or simply to keep a backup.
- Open IntentFlow, tap ⚙ (Settings), and under Sync across devices (trial) tap Sign in with Google.
- From then on, this device backs up on its own a moment after each change, and checks for newer data every few hours while the app is open. ⬆ Back up and ⬇ Restore do the same right away.
- On your other device, open IntentFlow, sign in with the same Google account, and tap ⬇ Restore to load your data. After that, both stay in step automatically.
If your account already has a backup from another device, IntentFlow asks before replacing anything. You can sign out at any time, and delete your online backup from the same place (How sync works → Delete my cloud backup). Your email address and app data are stored via Google and Back4App; see the privacy policy. Sync is still a trial: tell us if anything goes wrong.
Other ways to use it: in your browser
- In your browser: open intentflow.yeahvibe.com. Nothing to install.
